Please bring all insurance information such as ID cards, authorization numbers, and claim forms when necessary. In order to maximize your healthcare benefits and limit your out-of-pocket costs, please remember to verify the following:
- Is pre-certification approval required?
- Are these particular services covered by your insurance plan?
- Is Saint Francis Hospital part of your provider network for the type of service you are considering?
Payment of insurance co-pays and deductibles, as well as payment for non-covered services (such as private room charges), is required prior to, or at the time of, admission. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
