Corporate Matching Gifts:

Some contributions are eligible for matching gifts from businesses that participate in a matching gift program. Companies such as IBM, CH Energy Group, and Verizon match gifts made by employees and retirees. To find out if your employer matches contributions, contact your Human Resources Office.

Include your company’s matching gift form with your gift, listing Saint Francis Health Care Foundation as the recipient organization. Matching gifts are added to personal contributions in determining recognition levels.
