The Saint Francis Health Care Foundation is proud to support the Daniel M. Duffy Jr. Campaign and has established an ongoing fundraising campaign to commemorate Dan Duffy in the Eileen M. Hickey Cancer Center at Saint Francis Hospital in Poughkeepsie, New York. The purpose of the campaign is to immortalize Dan's love of life and keep his spirit alive through the naming of the Center's Waiting Room, dedicated to helping Hudson Valley residents battling many forms of cancer. The driving force of this initiative, which began in 2009, has been the Duffy family and a dear friend of Dan's, David Birsner, also a Foundation board member. Through their efforts $160,000 has been raised. In support of the Daniel M. Duffy Jr. Campaign, the Saint Francis Health Care Foundation has developed a meaningful and simple way to contribute online. Individuals who make gifts of $5,000 or above are recognized as "Founding Benefactors" on this web page. (Online listings have a 35 character maximum limit.) Gifts of all sizes are deeply appreciated and will be recognized in the Hospital's annual publication Saint Francis Magazine.
Please plan to join Dan's family and friends on Sunday, March 28th for the 2nd annual "Hoops for Duff" gathering at the Hyde Park Brewery. For more information call 845-431-8707.

Saint Francis Hospital is proud to announce the expansion of the Eileen M. Hickey Cancer Center, made possible through the generous $500,000 commitment by the late Dutchess County Assemblywoman’s son Dan Hickey, Jr. The new center will create an integrated environment, providing easy access to diagnostics, treatments, and ancillary services, all in one convenient location. Saint Francis Hospital has provided oncology services to the residents of the Hudson Valley for many years and provides the highest standards of care for patients who benefit from the collective expertise of board-certified and fellowship-trained surgical, radiation and medical oncologists, and the specialized skills of certified oncology nurses. Accredited by the prestigious Commission on Cancer of the American College of Surgeons, the cancer center at Saint Francis Hospital offers advanced treatment programs for all major cancers including breast, prostate, colon, liver, pancreatic and lung. Currently the Cancer Center is located in the Atrium at Saint Francis Hospital.
